As Founder of Commonwealth Data Solutions, Jim Doyle has over 15 years of experience with healthcare information systems. His expertise specializes in application and system implementations, product support, functional enhancements, process improvements, application and workflow redesigns, and IT configurations within the Physician Group Practice settings.
Prior to Commonwealth Data Solutions, Jim was the Director of IS for the Caritas Clinic. Caritas Clinic is the Physician Group Practice for Caritas Christi Health Care System, consisting of over 700 employed and non-employed physicians of many primary care and sub-specialty practices.
Before joining Caritas Christi, Jim had been an IDX employee for 14 years. Within IDX, Jim had spent four years in The Huntington Group and Xcede, the consulting branches of IDX, as a Senior Consultant. During that time he was engaged in many product installations, process redesigns, project management assignments and application assessments.
Jim started his career at IDX within customer support and was quickly promoted to implementations. As an installation consultant, the opportunity of implementing the IDX BAR, TES and Scheduling applications at numerous client sites provided excellent application and installation experience. Jim had also been promoted to numerous management positions within IDX, including Manager of Application Support, Installations and Client Services.
